Terms of Service

CertyLoop is not yet a registered company. Right now it's a pilot run by an individual founder to validate the product with real manufacturers before incorporating a business — so there is no lawyer-reviewed, legally binding Terms of Service in place yet, and it would be misleading to publish one that pretended otherwise.

• You're an early tester, not a party to a commercial contract — there's no SLA, and pilot access can change or pause as the product changes.
• Nothing is billed without asking you first. Pricing is intentionally undecided during the pilot.
• You can ask to have your account and data deleted at any time — see "Get in touch" below.
• The service is provided as-is, with no uptime or accuracy guarantees, while it's in this early stage.

A complete, lawyer-reviewed Terms of Service will replace this page, and pilot participants will be notified before it takes effect.
